We provide professional web development and managed IT services, including:

• Web applications
• Mobile-responsive layouts
• Domain, hosting, and SSL setup assistance
• Accessibility (WCAG 2.1) compliance
• SEO and performance optimization (if requested)
• Microsoft 365 setup and configuration
• Windows 11 installation and setup

All services are outlined in a written quote or proposal before work begins.

3. Quotes, Payments, and Delivery

• Quotes are based on project requirements and may change if scope or features are revised
• A deposit is required before work begins
• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or deployment
• Payment terms and methods are specified in the invoice
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on revisions or delayed client feedback

4. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
• If a project is canceled before significant progress is made, a partial refund may be considered
• After project completion or delivery, all payments are final
• Refunds are not available for domain, hosting, or third-party services purchased on your behalf

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that all provided materials are legally owned or licensed
• Review and approve deliverables before publication

Delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of the completed website (code, design, and content) transfers to the client upon final payment
• VortixLabs retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Third-party materials (e.g., fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses

7. Hosting, Domains, and SSL

If we assist in setting up hosting, domain registration, or SSL certificates:

• These are provided by independent third-party vendors
• We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or renewals
• Ongoing costs and renewals remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated

8. Revisions and Scope

• Projects include a set number of revisions (outlined in the proposal)
• Additional revisions or major design changes may incur extra charges
• Post-launch modifications are treated as new work and quoted separately

9. Limitation of Liability

VortixLabs is not liable for:

• Losses caused by website downtime, misuse, or third-party failures
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind
• Issues arising from client modifications after delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project or service.

10. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• Clients are responsible for payment for all completed work up to the date of termination
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable once work begins
• Upon termination, we may provide partial deliverables at our discretion

11. Data Requests and Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law
